"Introducing DustKiller: A Powerful Solution for Controlling Atmospheric Dust in Closed Rooms with 80% Efficiency" in any process Industry.

DustKiller, a highly efficient, two-stage electrostatic precipitator designed, developed, and manufactured by Powertech Pollution Controls Pvt. Ltd, based in Bangalore, India. DustKiller is specifically designed for controlling atmospheric dust in closed rooms and achieves an impressive 80% removal of dust levels present in the enclosed area.

Key Features of DustKiller:

·         Captures fine particulates before they settle on precision equipment.

·         Demonstrates high filter efficiency.

·         Operates with low electrical running costs.

·         Requires no replacement of the electrostatic module.

·         Ensures high reliability and easy maintenance.

·         Benefits from complete factory support provided by engineering professionals with years of expertise in industrial pollution.

Usage:

DustKiller can effectively control dust and fine particles in any closed room, particularly in areas with window/split type air conditioners. It is suitable for various environments such as electronic labs, mechanical precision assembly areas, standards rooms, metrology labs, pharmaceuticals, biotech labs, and more. Wherever dust control is essential, DustKiller can be promptly installed without significant modifications to the existing area.

How It Works:

Dust and fine particulate matter are drawn in with the air stream by the centrifugal blower (1) through the inlets (2) located on top. These particles pass through the pre-filters (3), where larger particles are removed. The remaining fine particles then enter the electrostatic module (4), where they receive a high positive charge between a series of parallel aluminum plates. These positively charged particles move on to another series of negatively charged aluminum plates, where they are attracted and adhere to the plates, similar to iron filings attracted to a magnet. The unique aspect is that the particles remain attached to the plates even when the electrostatic filter is switched off. The purified air, free of particles, exits through the outlets (5) as clean air. The post-filters (6) contribute to an even distribution of air flow through the electrostatic module.

Models and Specifications:

DustKiller comes in two models: one with a capacity of 500 cubic meters per hour and another with a capacity of 1000 cubic meters per hour. Both models require an input voltage of 230 volts. The current consumption is 0.25A for the 500 model and 0.5A for the 1000 model.
