4.    Disinfectant should be Aldehyde free & Safe. (aldehyde are genotoxic carcinogens, meaning that they are able to damage DNA and initiate cancers.).
5.    It should have  compatibility with rubber, plastic, fibre glass & other metal.
6.    Should be multitasking like Air Fogging, Floor mopping, Kitchen area, Staff Linen, towels & uniforms, high-touch surfaces, Luggage, Vehicles and other places of men movement.
7.    Fire hazard  free.
