 The only clean water source spring lake Hanuman Tirth located in Ponda city that was on verge of extinction now will get a new lease of life as it would be beautified and developed by Department of Water Resources costing around Rs 50 lakh. “This spring flows throughout year. This is one of the oldest springs and its water is believed to have health benefits. Earlier, the water was used by Hanuman Temple.”
